Dave leads the strategic direction of Total Property FM, focusing on portfolio growth, commercial structuring and long-term asset positioning.

He works at portfolio level - aligning management strategy, capital planning and stakeholder engagement to protect and enhance asset performance across the developments we manage.

Kyle leads operational delivery across the portfolio, overseeing day-to-day management, contractor performance, financial control and structured implementation.

With a background in project and asset delivery, he ensures developments are managed through disciplined processes, clear governance and accountable execution.

Emma manages tender submissions, client communications and proposal development. She ensures our documentation, reporting and client engagement materials are clear, structured and professionally presented.

Taylor coordinates day-to-day repair instruction and contractor scheduling. He oversees the repair lifecycle from initial report through to completion confirmation, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.

Iain supports strategic growth and client engagement across the portfolio. He works closely with new developments and commercial stakeholders to structure onboarding, review management requirements and align service delivery with asset objectives.

Biscuit is responsible for team morale, informal supervision and maintaining a calm office environment. While not directly involved in property management decisions, Biscuit plays an important role in ensuring the team remains focused, well-balanced and occasionally reminded to take a break.
